Newspaper Design


 

Throughout my time as Editor-in-Chief of The Suffolk Journal, I was the the chief designer for all front page designs, the News section and would consult and aid the section editors for their page designs. During this process, I would collaborate with writers and fellow editors on their personal stories to display their work. To do so, I used primarily Adobe Suites, including InDesign and Photoshop, but would also use infographic generators and Canva for the print design, while I would teach myself basic coding for web design.
